My daughter's birthday is at the end of the month, and she's asked if I'd make her some sort of coffee cupcakes for her party. My first attempt was to replace the milk in the Magnolia recipes with strong espresso. On a scale from one to ten, I'd give them a seven.
These turned out more mocha than coffee. Does anyone have any espresso or coffee cupcake recipes they'd recommend? I've been spoiled by the Magnolia Bakery people.
