Oh, yours turned out beautifully! I did the no pectin apple jelly, and it turned out to be a syrup. Mind you, it was the best syrup, and we had it over waffles today. Yum! ;)

Thank you! I didn't use pectin either, and ended up with something between a jam and a syrup. I'm sure it'll go down the gullet just fine, though.
