iRRi style

Sometimes language isn't a barrier at all. I don't read or speak Lithuanian, but it doesn't stop me from enjoying the beautiful iRRi style blog. The author focuses on pretty handmade paper-type items like photo albums and notebooks, as well as one of my favourite subjects -- sweets! They are gorgeous and drool-worthy:

There are also a few photos of one very cute little Siamese cat.

Those are Brazilian coconut "truffles," for lack of a better word. There's a recipe for them at http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Beijinho-de-Coco-Coconut-Little-Kiss/Detail.aspx
    Looks very tasty!!!!

  2. Thank you! I've only ever made dipped truffles, but I'll give these a try.

You know, those top desserts remind me of the "Viennese Nipples" pastries that were in the Amadeus movie (the scene where Salieri wanted to get Mozart's secrets from Constanze). ;D

  4. Poor Salieri. He was grossly misrepresented in that film! Hee!
