The Last of the Apples

    Oh, yours turned out beautifully! I did the no pectin apple jelly, and it turned out to be a syrup. Mind you, it was the best syrup, and we had it over waffles today. Yum! ;)

  2. Thank you! I didn't use pectin either, and ended up with something between a jam and a syrup. I'm sure it'll go down the gullet just fine, though.

    I skipped dinner and I'm starving while I pack up a large whole sale order (it's 1 am) I'm dreaming of a crispy, yummy english muffin with your amazing jelly. mmmmmm!
